Security Risk assessor and task coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Security Risk Assessor and Task Coordinator to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Operations (SecOps), and experience with privileged access management tools such as CyberArk. The role involves assessing security risks, coordinating remediation tasks, and ensuring compliance with security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough security risk assessments related to IAM and SecOps processes and technologies.
- Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and gaps in current security controls and propose mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and track security risk remediation activities across teams to ensure timely closure.
- Support Identity and Access Management lifecycle processes including user provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, and access reviews.
- Work with Security Operations to monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and support threat detection and response activities.
- Manage and support privileged access management (PAM) using CyberArk, including onboarding new accounts, password vaulting, session monitoring, and access revocation.
- Collaborate with IT, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure security policies and standards are followed.
- Prepare risk assessment reports, status updates, and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, compliance requirements, and emerging security threats.
