Lead Wire-Bonding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced wire-bonding professional to join our organization as a key contributor to the development of our semiconductor packaging ecosystem.

As a pioneering figure in India's semiconductor industry, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of this sector by applying your expertise in wire-bonding processes and equipment troubleshooting.

  • Develop and Optimize Wire-Bonding Processes: Utilize gold, copper, and aluminum wires to create and refine wire-bonding processes that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot Equipment and Design Tooling: Identify and resolve complex issues with equipment such as K&S, design custom tooling/window clamps, and implement innovative solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Train and Guide Local Teams: Share your knowledge and expertise with local teams to ensure seamless execution of wire-bonding tasks and promote a culture of excellence within the organization.
  • Subject Matter Authority: Serve as the primary expert for all wire-bonding-related issues, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders alike.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in wire-bonding, preferably in OSAT/semiconductor packaging.
  • Proven process and equipment troubleshooting expertise, with a strong understanding of the 4M framework (Man, Material, Machine, Method).
  • Experience mentoring or leading teams, with a track record of promoting teamwork, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
  • Readiness to contribute to the growth and development of India's semiconductor industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
