As a Process Automation Expert, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining business processes using IBM BPM and BAW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy business processes using IBM BPM and BAW
  • Migrate processes from IBM BPM to BAW, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process diagrams and code snippets
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in process automation, BPM, and BAW

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in process automation, with a strong focus on IBM BPM and BAW
  • Proven expertise in migrating processes from IBM BPM to BAW
  • Excellent understanding of UI toolkit design and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and database concepts
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
