Production Planning Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production Planning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in production planning and coordination across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing incoming orders and creating production plans to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align production timelines and ensure inspection readiness.
  • Managing captive and non-standard orders, including customization and engineering inputs.
  • Aligning planning to meet performance metrics for all orders.
  • Effective inventory oversight and management.
  • Tracking and managing performance of orders by aligning schedules.
  • Facilitating inspection readiness and ensuring technical documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Ensuring timely preparation and submission of test certificates and related documents.
  • Maintaining compliance with internal quality systems and external regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience in production planning and coordination.
