Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and efficient production planning.

  • Craft and execute comprehensive production plans, scheduling, and monitoring to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Develop and review production documents for new products in line with quality assurance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Foster collaboration with internal teams to guarantee seamless production and operational harmony.
  2. Manage the entire production cycle, including resource allocation, productivity, and cost control.
  3. Supervise and train production personnel, promoting a disciplined and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of core production experience in leather accessories within an export house environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; graduates from premier institutions preferred.
