Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

 

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the review and update of construction documents in our system. The ideal candidate will ensure completeness and accuracy while maintaining and updating construction budget details.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning inspection orders to nearby inspectors, tracking their acceptance and scheduling within a stipulated timeframe.

Effective communication is key to success in this role, with regular interactions with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors via calls and emails to obtain missing or required documentation.

Coordination with stakeholders through email and phone communication is crucial to ensure order fulfillment.

Scheduling and managing site inspections with field inspectors across the United States is also an essential part of this role, following up to expedite order completion.

Transparency and efficiency are paramount, with clients notified about order status updates via emails and chat messages.

 

Requirements:

A graduate degree is required, along with excellent attention to detail in reviewing documentation and identifying gaps.

Excellent communication skills are essential to interact with clients, contractors, and inspectors.

The ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is critical.

Experience in US mortgage documents review process is a must.
