Job Description

The Senior Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day activities within the organization, ensuring timely communication, quality review of work, and team discipline. The role demands strong leadership to mentor project leaders, manage client expectations, and drive operational efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure daily client communication on project status and timely reporting.
  • Review team outputs (Workings, Audit reports, and Certifications) and maintain structured review documentation.
  • Track and consolidate daily work submissions from project leaders.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives and conduct learning sessions.
  • Conduct daily team meetings and periodic discussions with supervisors.
  • Cascade training received from senior management to project leaders.
  • Guide team members to achieve performance benchmarks and maximize their output.
  • Maintain discipline and professional conduct at client premises.
  • Prepare and present project observations to senior management monthly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of audit & assurance standards and processes.
  • Expertise in reviewing and analyzing audit work papers.
  • Knowledge of MIS reporting, compliance requirements, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
