Legal Counsel Role

The position of Legal Counsel is available at a domestic growth stage Venture Capital Fund. The successful candidate will be based in Bengaluru and report directly to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal counsel on investment compliances, SEBI compliances, fund management compliances, and portfolio exits & compliances.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Licensed Lawyer + Company Secretary with 2-5 years post qualification experience (PQE).
  • Proven track record in handling complex investment and fund management issues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This role requires immediate start. Selected candidates will join the organization promptly.
