Job Description:

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Consultant. As a key member of our Emerging Technology & Innovation Department, you will be responsible for bridging technical gaps between clients and our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development, project management, and effective client communication. Japanese language proficiency is mandatory.

This role requires the ability to translate business needs into structured technical documentation, act as a liaison between teams, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Key responsibilities include participating in design, development, and deployment of web/mobile applications, supporting project management activities, and working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or a related field
  • MBA or master's degree preferred but not mandatory if strong experience exists
  • 3–8 years of relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience in Full Stack Development
  • Strong understanding of frontend/backend architecture and DevOps workflows
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA, Git, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Cloud Platforms
  • 2 Years+ experience in project execution, client-facing roles, and cross-border team collaboration
  • Japanese Language Proficiency – JLPT N3 Qualified and above (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in business English
