Business Leader in Financial Analysis and Planning

The successful candidate will play a vital role in the company's financial strategy, utilizing their expertise to drive decision-making through insightful analysis, forecasting, and reporting. This individual will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), working closely with the leadership team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of global budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
  • Design, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to evaluate business performance across countries and revenue verticals.
  • Prepare comprehensive reporting packages that provide clear insights into variances, risks, and opportunities, as well as key drivers of value and metrics.
  • Analyze and evaluate potential transactions and product pricing scenarios, including the creation of detailed financial models.
  • Manage cash forecasts to monitor cash burn and optimize financial performance.
  • Support scenario planning, long-range financial modeling, and ad hoc strategic analyses.
  • Collaborate with the CFO to develop pitch decks, road show materials, and insightful analysis for capital raise activities.
  • Oversee the company's capital structure and manage dilution scenarios with additional funding rounds.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance in a high-growth company.
  • Advanced financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI/reporting tools a plus.
  • Experience working with multi-entity or global financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into insights for non-finance stakeholders, including creating and presenting persuasive presentations.
  • Ability to work independently, be hands-on, and support stakeholders in multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
  • Fluent, professional level of English is a requirement.
