International Education Consultant

A career as an International Education Consultant involves guiding students through overseas education opportunities and the complex admission-to-visa process.

  • Counsel students on study abroad options including courses, universities, and countries.
  • Guide students through the application process, including forms, statements of purpose, letters of recommendation, and documentation.
  • Provide accurate information about universities, programs, scholarships, and eligibility criteria.
  • Support students with visa guidance, financial documentation, and interview preparation.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest changes in international education systems and admission processes.
  • Maintain follow-up and ensure high conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience as an International Education Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of international education systems and admission processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple applications and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
