Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at GFL Recruitment Private Limited. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to engage with potential clients, promote our services, and close leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Answering incoming customer calls to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information.
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases with accurate and timely information in CRM.
  • FOLLOWING UP ON LEADS AND MAINTAINING A CONSISTENT FOLLOW-UP SCHEDULE.
  • Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and conversions.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Participating in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and company policies.
  • Preparing and submitting regular reports on call activities and performance metrics.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • 12th Pass/Graduated
  • Fresher/Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
