Job Title: Life Sciences Search Consultant

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional with in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry to fill a key role. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, as well as excellent soft skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for smart, self-driven individuals with top-notch communication skills and a passion for excellence.
  • At least 14 years of professional experience in the life sciences industry, preferably in a consulting services organization or industry experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of key pharmaceutical compliance regulations (e.g., Computerized System Validation, 21 CFR part 11, GxP, GAMP 5, SOX, IT Data Privacy, Data Integrity, and Information Security).
  • Subject matter expertise in areas such as Quality Management, document management, and Change Management.
  • Experience with SAP S4 HANA projects, including validation and implementation.
  • Familiarity with various validation tools and templates used in the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • A successful track record using Lean Agile approaches to validate assets.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple large projects, respond quickly to changing situations, and work effectively in complex environments.
  • Preferred IT background to understand the larger impact of architecture technical complexities on the program.
  • Experience leading strategic and tactical discussions with Senior stakeholders.
