Agentic AI Expert Lead

Role Overview:

We seek a seasoned expert in agentic AI to drive the development and integration of intelligent systems across our engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive AI integration platforms that embed safe and effective agents across our entire development toolchain.
  • Establish standards, workflows, and guardrails for AI adoption in engineering teams, ensuring secure and compliant use of AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our developer toolchains, improving productivity and code quality.
  • Develop policies, audit mechanisms, and compliance practices for enterprise-grade AI systems, aligning with industry best practices.
  • Lead the creation of proof-of-concepts, refine through developer feedback, and scale solutions across global teams.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in building or integrating LLM-powered applications.
  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex, Autogen, MCP, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel).
  • Familiarity with developer tooling (GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD pipelines, Jira) and productivity workflows.
  • Understanding of security, governance, and compliance in enterprise AI adoption.
  • Passion for human-AI collaboration and improving the developer experience.

Additional Information:

  • Position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Candidate MUST BE open to relocate to Malaysia.
