Role Summary:

We're looking for an Architect with a strong product-oriented mindset and a passion for crafting and implementing Agentic AI architectures. This role requires hands-on expertise with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI, along with the ability to lead teams in developing robust, enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader, a skilled problem solver, and a mentor who can guide teams effectively while collaborating closely with clients to deliver innovative, scalable, and production-ready Agentic applications.

Reponsibilties

Architect & Design

- Define and architect end-to-end Agentic AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and other emerging frameworks.

- Ensure scalability, modularity, and security in multi-agent workflows and production-grade systems.

- Design robust architectures that support concurrency, reliability, and seamless orchestration of agent behaviors.

- Integrate cutting-edge Gen AI tools and frameworks into architectural strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.

Product Development

- Drive innovation by conceptualizing and developing agent-based applications focused on delivering measurable business value.

- Translate business requirements into scalable product features using Agentic AI principles.

- Build and iterate on proof-of-concepts (POCs), transitioning them into full-scale enterprise-ready solutions.

- Recommend and integrate new tools and frameworks to enhance product capabilities and performance.

Hands-On Development

- Develop and optimize agent pipelines, integrating APIs, LLMs, and orchestrated workflows.

- Work extensively with Python, containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native architectures (GCP).

- Solve complex engineering challenges related to agent coordination, data flow, and system performance.

- Ensure production-readiness through rigorous testing, monitoring, and optimization of AI systems.

Client Engagement

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand business needs, define technical architecture, and deliver tailored AI agent solutions.

- Lead technical workshops, demos, and implementation sessions to showcase capabilities and drive adoption.

- Act as a trusted advisor, translating client goals into actionable AI strategies and solutions.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams of developers, data scientists, and AI engineers.

- Mentor team members on best practices in Agentic AI, system design, and emerging technologies.

- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.

Problem Solving & Innovation

- Tackle architectural challenges around workflow orchestration, concurrency, and system reliability.

- Stay abreast of Gen AI advancements, evaluating and integrating new frameworks and tools into product and architectural strategies.

- Champion experimentation and rapid prototyping to explore new possibilities in Agentic AI.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

- experience with deep expertise in GCP offerings and solution building

- Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and multi-agent frameworks.

- Strong proficiency in Python and workflow orchestration.

- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms (GCP).

- Deep understanding of LLMs, API integration, and agent-based architectures.

- Ability to design modular, scalable, and secure AI systems.

- Strong communication and client-facing skills.

- Proven leadership in cross-functional team environments.

- Up-to-date knowledge of Gen AI trends and tools.
