We're building a trusted, scalable financial network delivering a next-generation digital dollar to billions of people around the world. As Executive Vice President, you won't just be joining the leadership team — you'll be shaping the future of the company alongside the CEO.

This role is designed for a rare executive — someone with the mindset of a founder, the rigor of a COO, and the vision of a CMO, CTO, or CSO. You'll be responsible for orchestrating business-wide strategy and execution across operations, partnerships, business development, technology, marketing, and growth — ensuring we scale with precision, purpose, and long-term impact.

What You'll Own

  • Act as a Strategic Partner to the CEO, helping define and execute company priorities — from roadmap and org design to capital strategy.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Execution across operations, technology, partnerships, business development, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Architect Scalable Systems — people, processes, and platforms — to accelerate velocity while maintaining quality and compliance.
  • Lead Integrated Growth, unifying marketing, distribution, and ecosystem partnerships to drive adoption, network effects, and market presence.
  • Build and Inspire Teams, attracting executive-level talent and high performers across multiple disciplines and global geographies.
  • Represent the Company externally — with investors, partners, and institutions — as a trusted voice and operator.
  • Own business-wide strategy and execution across operations, partnerships, business development, technology, marketing, and growth.

Who You Are

  • A CEO-caliber operator with 18+ years of experience across financial services, fintech, or the digital asset space.
  • 10+ years in senior executive roles driving end-to-end impact across strategy, operations, business development, marketing, technology, and GTM.
  • Proven track record in crypto, stablecoins, or regulated financial environments — with a strong ability to lead at speed and scale.
  • Deep understanding of scaling from 0→1 and 1→100 — with a systems mindset and a relentless focus on outcomes.
  • A versatile leader who can zoom out to shape long-term vision and zoom in to remove executional roadblocks.
  • A strong communicator and relationship builder — trusted by internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders alike.

Bonus Points

  • Experience operating as a founder, COO, general manager, or equivalent leadership role in a scaling tech company or fintech startup.
  • First-hand experience with emerging tech: Web3, DeFi, AI, or next-gen infrastructure platforms.
  • Ability to lead integrated strategies that combine product, brand, data, and partnerships into a cohesive growth engine.
