Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Application Strategist to lead the effort in designing, building and configuring applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Making informed decisions that impact the team and organization.
  • Foster relationships with multiple stakeholders and contribute to key discussions.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any roadblocks.
Technical Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development is essential.
  • Experience with microservices architecture is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
  • Experience with back-end frameworks like Spring or Hibernate is preferred.
  • Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases is necessary.

  • Strong facilitation skills with ability to manage conflict.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.
Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is minimum requirement.
