Job Description:

We're seeking a specialist to support our design team's daily operations.

In this role, you'll help streamline our workflow by assisting with process updates, maintaining simple workflows, and ensuring key information is clear and easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage project workflows, fields, screens, permission schemes, and automation rules.
  • Collaborate with IT/DevOps to customise project setup for design-specific needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Design Operations Specialist II requirements include:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a Design and Learning Operations or related operations role.
  • Proven experience with project administration and customisation for large teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Deep understanding of Agile and Product Development Life Cycles.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with creative, UX, or design teams is highly preferred.
