The Senior Content Marketing Manager is a strategic position that focuses on developing, enhancing and streamlining processes to ensure seamless collaboration between global teams.
- Create and optimize processes for the EMEA content team, designing workflows and procedures that guarantee consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to identify pain points in the content delivery process and implement effective solutions.
- Work with the Adobe tech team to unlock and roll out content-related technology and dashboards, including Adobe Workfront for content workflow management.
Requirements include 10+ years of experience in content operations, project management or related fields, with a strong focus on cross-regional collaboration and process optimization. Experience with Adobe Workfront is also required, as well as proficiency in Excel and advanced skills in data visualization and dashboard creation.
This role requires exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.
