Account Optimization Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and contract renewal conditions with hotels to improve commercial terms.
  • Ensure renewed contracts are live with sufficient lead time to capture early bookings.
  • Maintain relationships with hotel suppliers for contracting, operational, commercial, or financial activities.
  • Explain tools and procedures to suppliers, providing demonstrations and support information.
  • Evaluate suppliers' compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Prioritize and turn around campaigns and opportunities.
  • Analyze business trends and opportunities in destinations from trading reports and news.
  • Provide clear insights on key causes of performance for destinations or specific hotels.
  • Deal with various types of problems reported by Hoteliers, administration department, final clients, and other departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or similar, with relevant experience.
  • Proficient level of English and Hindi.
  • Demonstrate market expertise, build strong partnerships, and tailor solutions to meet individual hotel needs.
  • Mastery of negotiation, structuring optimal commercial agreements, and optimizing business growth and profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop comprehensive business plans, and prioritize initiatives based on business fundamentals.
  • Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making, optimize performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Possess a deep understanding of revenue management principles to optimize pricing and inventory strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, sharing knowledge and aligning efforts to achieve common goals.
  • Demonstrate agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
