Expert Enterprise Relationship Builder Needed
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and nurture key client relationships.
- Understand client strategies, challenges, and technical environments to deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead strategic planning sessions, onboard new clients, and conduct regular executive reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Conduct high-level discussions to align solutions with client objectives.
- Use data, KPIs, and market insights to provide actionable recommendations and measurable value.
- Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
- Translate client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
- Experience managing complex enterprise relationships.
- Knowledge of IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and experience with data-driven engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
