Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive client success and foster long-term partnerships. As our ideal candidate, you will serve as a trusted advisor to key enterprise clients.

  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of enterprise clients.
  • Understand client strategies, challenges, and technical environments to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead strategic planning sessions, executive reviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate internally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Align solutions with client objectives through executive-level discussions.
  • Use data-driven insights to provide measurable value and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.

To achieve this, we require a strong communicator with expertise in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in managing complex enterprise relationships.
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills at the executive level.
  • Ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experience with data-driven engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
