As a seasoned bid leader, you will oversee the entire tender and proposal development process. Your primary objective will be to ensure timely and high-quality submission of proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic bid documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address all aspects of a bid
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for on-time proposal submissions
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate bid records
  • Participate in tender and bid evaluations

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience as a Bid Manager or similar position in India's government vertical. You should also possess knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations, demonstrated success in winning bids through effective proposal management, and proficiency in using bid management software and MS Office.
