High Salary Demand Generation Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead and execute strategic digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketer with a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in the B2B industrial equipment manufacturing sector.

You will be responsible for driving qualified leads and supporting revenue growth through multi-channel campaigns, leveraging AI-driven tools for campaign optimization, targeting, and content personalization.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation, with a proven track record of running successful lead-generation campaigns in complex B2B buying cycles. Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand Generation & Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital demand generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic, and SEO.
  • Digital Marketing Execution: Oversee strategies for SEO, SEM, website performance, and paid media, managing digital tools like HubSpot/Marketo, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • AI & Marketing Technology: Leverage AI-driven tools for campaign optimization, targeting, and content personalization.
  • Team & Vendor Management: Lead and mentor a small team of digital marketers, managing external vendors and agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance and the full lead journey, conducting A/B testing and using data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot/Marketo, CRM (Salesforce/Dynamics), and Google Analytics.
  • Core Competencies: A strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and buyer journeys, excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
