  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies to minimize risk and protect the organization's reputation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Any Field with a Master's in HR: Bachelor's degree in any field with a Master's in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2–4 Years of HR Experience: 2-4 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role.
  • Experience in Managing Recruitment, Onboarding, Induction & Orientation, Background Verification (BGV), Insurance, and Other HR Operations: Proven experience in managing recruitment, onboarding, induction & orientation, background verification (BGV), insurance, and other HR operations.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, credibility, and rapport with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and Presentations: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and presentations software, with the ability to create reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
