- Experience in Managing Recruitment, Onboarding, Induction & Orientation, Background Verification (BGV), Insurance, and Other HR Operations: Proven experience in managing recruitment, onboarding, induction & orientation, background verification (BGV), insurance, and other HR operations.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, credibility, and rapport with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
