We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to join our team. As a Shopify Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing multiple Shopify stores.

Your primary focus will be on building engaging pages that drive sales, launching new products, and streamlining processes to improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with a strong understanding of Shopify and its ecosystem.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and optimizing landing pages and product pages to increase conversion rates;
  • L Launching new collections and running sales campaigns that drive engagement and sales;
  • Playing around with Shopify apps to enhance product presentation and user experience;
  • Solving technical issues and troubleshooting problems before they impact the business;
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring seamless customer experiences across multiple stores.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in Shopify;
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify and its ecosystem, including essential apps like Launchpad, Replo, and Recharge;
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform business decisions;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Experience with WordPress and other e-commerce platforms is a plus;
  • Basic coding skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
