Job Title: Ecommerce Manager

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the success of our e-commerce operations, developing and implementing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy, and analyzing revenue and campaign performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Manage a team of e-commerce professionals to ensure successful execution of e-commerce strategies.
  • E-commerce Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to improve website and marketplace performance.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, pricing dynamics, and innovative approaches to remain competitive in the marketplace.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales, new product sell-through, and performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes and proactively implement best practices and new features.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in managing and optimizing products on major marketplace websites.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent written communication and marketing skills, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms, SEO, and keyword research.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Personality: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
