- The successful candidate will lead a dynamic team, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and partner closely with leadership to refine positioning and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and execute campaigns in collaboration with product marketing, design, and developer advocacy teams.
- Manage and mentor a team of three direct reports while maintaining a hands-on approach in campaign execution.

Requirements:
">- 6 years of experience in demand generation and marketing leadership.
- Proven success in the tech sector, ideally within both PLG and enterprise sales funnels.
- Strong expertise in campaign strategy, execution, and pipeline ownership.
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced, and evolving team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and resilience in complex scenarios.
