Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct a team of room attendants, outdoor cleaning staff, maintenance personnel, and gardeners to ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation of the hotel
  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping strategies to maintain quality standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on housekeeping operations
