Job Role: Senior Quality Manager

About the Job:

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of quality professionals in a fast-paced laboratory environment. As a senior quality manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all quality control activities are performed in line with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and international quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Quality Control Team: You will oversee the day-to-day activities of the quality control department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • cGMP Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring that all quality control activities are performed in line with cGMP regulations and international quality standards.
  • Departmental Objectives: You will assist in setting departmental objectives and ensure alignment with the company's strategic quality goals.
  • Quality Contact: You will act as a key quality contact for internal departments, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Audit Management: You will handle and support regulatory and customer audits, and ensure timely closure of audit observations and CAPAs.
  • Investigation and Resolution: You will oversee Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), deviation investigations, change control, and lab incident management.
  • Data Review and Approval: You will supervise review and approval of analytical data, Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), protocols, and specifications.
  • Method Validation: You will ensure robust method validation, method transfer, and stability study protocols.
  • SOP Review and Approval: You will review and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for QC and laboratory systems.
  • Lab Efficiency: You will monitor and improve laboratory efficiency and productivity.
  • Instrument Maintenance: You will ensure proper qualification, calibration, and maintenance of all laboratory instruments.
  • System Monitoring: You will monitor the performance of computerized systems and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
  • Team Leadership: You will lead and mentor a team of QC managers, executives, analysts, and microbiologists.
  • Performance Reviews: You will conduct performance reviews, training programs, and career development plans for team members.
  • Culture Development: You will promote a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
