Job Title: BAMS Doctor

Responsibilities:
- 1. Product Development and Formulation
Develop and optimize Ayurvedic and herbal product formulations based on traditional Ayurvedic principles and modern scientific approaches.
Collaborate with R&D teams to innovate and refine products, ensuring they meet quality and therapeutic efficacy.
Validate the selection of raw materials and ingredients for formulations.
2. Quality Assurance and Compliance
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory standards (e.g., AYUSH, FDA).
Perform quality checks and review processes at each stage of production to maintain consistency and efficacy.
Conduct stability testing and recommend adjustments to formulations if required.
3. Documentation and Regulatory Approvals
Prepare detailed technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manufacturing records, and batch processing records.
Assist in obtaining necessary regulatory approvals for Ayurvedic and herbal products.
Stay updated on changes in compliance regulations and ensure adherence.
4. Raw Material Assessment
Evaluate and authenticate raw materials for their Ayurvedic properties and therapeutic potential.
Monitor the sourcing of herbs and natural ingredients to ensure high quality and sustainability.
5. Clinical Validation and Trials
Oversee clinical trials or studies to validate the safety, efficacy, and claims of products.
Interpret trial data to support marketing and regulatory claims.
6. Training and Education
Train production staff on Ayurvedic concepts, formulation processes, and the importance of maintaining quality standards.
Educate the workforce on handling herbal and Ayurvedic ingredients with care.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, packaging, and sales teams to ensure product positioning aligns with Ayurvedic principles.
Provide inputs on product branding and market strategies from an Ayurvedic perspective.
8. Process Improvement
Analyze manufacturing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.
9. Safety and Risk Management
Ensure that all manufacturing activities comply with occupational safety standards.
Identify and mitigate risks related to production or raw materials.
10. Research and Development
Maintain records of traditional knowledge and integrate it with modern scientific findings for new product development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree from a recognized institution.
Ability to conduct online consultations using various digital platforms.
Good Knowledge of MS Excel
**Skills**:Proficient in Ayurvedic diagnosis and treatment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of digital health tools and telemedicine platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
