About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced BIM Technician to join our team. As a BIM Technician, you will be responsible for producing high-quality watermains, piping layouts, and profile drawings in accordance with BIM / CAD standards.

  • Production of watermains, piping layouts, profile drawings as per BIM / CAD standards.
  • Preparation of drawings including conceptual sketches and detailed construction drawings using Autodesk Civil 3D software.
  • Preparation of Revit MEP, HVAC, Electrical models.
  • Ensuring compliance with client drafting standards and quality requirements.
  • Completing BIM / CAD tasks as directed by senior team members.
  • Staying up-to-date with training requirements and staying abreast in drafting skills.
  • Drafting / Modelling assistance (assist engineers and technologists in completing road/parking lot, storm and sanitary sewer, water main, and grading drawings, 3D Modelling Works).
  • Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of an Under Graduation (or Pursuing) in Civil Engineering Discipline.
  • 3 – 8 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting and Autodesk Civil 3D Design.
  • Strong team player with a focus on quality drawing production and self-check of drawings.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
