Senior Design Lead

The ideal candidate is a highly accomplished professional with exceptional skills in delivering high-quality design solutions on complex projects.

This role requires direct ownership of design deliverables from concept through completion while effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams. Strong project and resource management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage complex tasks and excel at problem-solving using a first-principles approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Creative Leadership: Collaborate directly with the product marketing team to brainstorm and independently produce captivating artwork across digital and print formats.
  2. Execution: Be hands-on and responsible for producing creative work quickly and efficiently, demonstrating the ability to execute ideas independently from concept through final output while delivering consistently high-quality results and adapting to tight deadlines.
  3. Concept Development: Independently plan and develop creative concepts by analyzing industry competitors and partner schools' brand guidelines, ensuring marketing goals and challenges are addressed effectively.
  4. Project Management: Take complete ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion according to established timelines and securing all necessary approvals for deliverables.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure all design deliverables consistently meet quality standards and partner school guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Art, or a similar field preferred.
  • 5+ years of seasoned creative experience in an agency, startup setting, or as a consultant.
  • Proficient in online and print design, as well as video tools such as Canva, Figma, and InVideo.
  • Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
