Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead to spearhead our projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, cloud technologies, and web application development. Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster open communication among team members, clients, and senior management are essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives, driving growth and efficiency.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage expertise in cloud technologies and web applications to drive project development, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment by mentoring project teams, promoting open communication, and driving stakeholder engagement.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources and manage project budgets to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve project management processes and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A strong understanding of web application development frameworks and technologies is essential. Additionally, experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is necessary. Previous hands-on experience with MERN stack, Python, Java/.NET, AWS/Azure, Android, iOS, Flutter, and DBA skills are also required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in technical project management (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall)
  • 4+ years of experience in solid project financial management (estimation, forecasting, budgeting, actuals tracking)
