Job Summary:

Senior Manager Technical Accounting

This role requires a strong technical accounting professional to drive research and implementation of new accounting policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate must have experience working in BIG4 firms and proficiency in US GAAP and IFRS, with a focus on frequently used standards like ASC 842, ASC 718, ASC 326, and ESOP.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Document, research, and resolve technical accounting issues at a global level.
  • Develop, update, and maintain accounting policies.
  • Support global consolidation in a multi-currency environment, adhering to relevant USGAAP / SEC disclosure requirements.
  • Compile and prepare Global Consolidated financial statements, including notes.
  • Lead and close audit for assigned areas.
  • Provide training, resolve problems, and create instructions for complex accounting matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting.
  • CA qualification before 2017.
