Business Systems Professional

We are seeking an innovative and customer-focused Business Systems Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and usability of our sales tools.

  • This includes timely and accurate resolution of support tickets, managing a fast-paced queue of requests, and driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution.

As a Business Systems Specialist, you will be based in our Bangalore office in India and report to the Sales Operations team. You will work closely with various internal/external customers and vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Your qualifications include 5+ years of professional experience in an IT/Salesforce Helpdesk role or Salesforce certified, with expertise in navigating Salesforce landscape and terminology, data security, and territory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure systemic accuracy and usability of sales tools through timely and accurate resolution of support tickets
  • Manage a fast-paced queue of support requests, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution
  • Triage Level 2 tickets to the right stakeholders with required information
  • Assist in scheduled maintenance of systems via data migrations
  • Maintain SLA targets
  • Manage access and visibility related issues
  • Assist with documentation of best practices and usage
