We are a leading non-custodial multi-chain wallet with over 1 million installs across our extension, mobile and web products. Our core offerings include MetaMask Snap for Cosmos and Compass Wallet for Sei.

We are now building a new initiative focused on stablecoin payments. This project has strong product-market fit in payments and cross-border use cases. We have a strong foothold in APAC where we see tremendous growth opportunities.

Role Overview

This is a strategic role that involves working directly with the founder on high-priority initiatives that define our next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will be part strategist, part executor and part force-multiplier.

  • Act as the founder's right hand on critical strategic and operational projects.
  • Run growth experiments to test adoption pathways across multiple geographies.
  • Own cross-functional projects ensuring execution speed and clarity.
  • Support investor relations, fundraising and key partnership initiatives.
  • Translate strategic priorities into measurable plans and ensure delivery.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in consulting, venture or startup strategy/ops roles.

  • A strong generalist with bias to action; thrives in ambiguity.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
  • Natural communicator and relationship-builder.
