Job Title: Lead Finance Transformation

We are seeking professionals with extensive experience in Business Transformation to drive process improvement initiatives across the F&A process which includes R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A etc., process optimization, change management, and Six Sigma methodologies.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end transformation projects across the F&A domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and be able to identify process gaps and inefficiencies.

  • Drive standardization, automation, and simplification of F&A processes.
  • Conduct detailed process mapping, gap analysis, root cause identification, and define future-state processes.
  • Mentor junior team members and act as a subject matter expert on F&A processes.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with digital initiatives leveraging tools like SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud-based F&A platforms.
