International Education Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring a seamless experience for students throughout their admission journey.

The Study Abroad Application Executive is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end application process for students applying to international universities, handling documentation, coordinating with students and institutions, and providing accurate guidance on application requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process student applications for study abroad programs across various destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).
  • Verify and review application documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with university and visa requirements.
  • Assist students in filling out university application forms, preparing supporting documents, and tracking application status.
  • Follow up with students for pending or additional documents to complete applications on time.
  • Coordinate with universities and institutions regarding admission requirements, offers, and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, offers, deposits, and other admission-related milestones in the CRM/system.
  • Provide students and counselors with timely updates regarding application progress and outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines for applications, conditional offer requirements, and final submissions.
  • Support in offer acceptance, fee payments, and pre-departure documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (counseling, operations, visa, etc.) to ensure smooth handover of student cases.
  • Stay updated on university requirements, intake deadlines, and policy changes to guide students effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of international education systems, admission processes, and document requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a student-first approach.

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Education, Business, or related field).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student application processing.
