Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess income calculation data to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant documents.
  • Apply knowledge of DTI, LTV, HTI, AUS (DU/LP), FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC guidelines to make informed decisions.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent communication and customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in US Mortgage Underwriting – Income Calculation
  • Hands-on experience with W2s, 1040s, Paystubs, Bank Statements, Tax Returns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
