We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.
This individual will be responsible for driving campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other platforms to achieve client ROAS, grow their brands, retain them with excellent service, and guide them with timely reporting and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple channels.
- Take full ownership of client accounts, focusing on achieving ROAS, growth, and retention.
- Communicate directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance.
- Collaborate with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV).
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
