About the Role

As a member of our global corporate communications team, you will play a key role in supporting our internal communication initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in crafting compelling stories that engage and inform our employees.

The position will be responsible for drafting, formatting and publishing internal communication materials, including emails, newsletters, and announcements. You will also assist with employee engagement campaigns, leadership messages, and intranet content.

In addition, you will provide logistical and creative support during internal events, maintain archives of communication assets, photos and video content, and monitor corporate social media handles.

Reporting and documentation are also key aspects of this role, which involves maintaining a calendar of communication activities and providing weekly/monthly updates. Basic analytics on communication initiatives will also be tracked and reported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and publishing internal communication materials
  • Assisting with employee engagement campaigns and leadership messages
  • Providing logistical and creative support during internal events
  • Maintaining archives of communication assets and tracking basic analytics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in corporate communications or marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
  • Good organizational, prioritization and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Interest in corporate culture, storytelling, and visual branding
