We are seeking a skilled Biomedical Engineer to implement eQMS solutions for our clients. As part of our team, you will be responsible for deploying electronic quality management systems with medical device and healthcare companies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Deploying eQMS solutions with medical device and healthcare companies
  • Conducting training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for healthcare professionals and client teams
  • Serving as a subject matter expert in compliance standards (ISO 13485)
  • Providing clinical application support and liaising with hospitals, laboratories, and device manufacturers
  • Gathering customer feedback and working closely with product & engineering teams to support feature improvements
  • Supporting clients during audits, inspections, and compliance reviews

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical engineering, clinical engineering, biotechnology, or an equivalent field
  • Prior experience in medical devices, hospital equipment, or clinical applications
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks: ISO 13485
  • The ability to train, mentor, and support healthcare professionals with clarity
  • A strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (to engage medical professionals and regulatory staff)

You will also possess:

  • Analytical and detail-oriented skills with strong documentation abilities
  • Empathy and patience while supporting clinical staff and clients
  • A collaborative mindset to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Adaptability to handle regulatory challenges and evolving customer needs
