Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to oversee all quality assurance and control processes at our manufacturing facility. This role ensures compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and internal quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure ISO 9001 compliance and other relevant standards for LV electrical panel manufacturing.
  • Monitor and control quality processes across production stages, from raw material inspection to final product testing.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians to achieve quality objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and customer-specific requirements for LV electrical panels.
  • Drive initiatives for process optimization, defect reduction, and quality improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and root cause analysis.
  • Oversee testing procedures, including dielectric tests, temperature rise tests, and short-circuit withstand tests, to ensure product reliability and safety.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality specifications and conduct supplier audits as needed.
  • Act as primary point of contact for quality-related customer queries, complaints, and audits.
  • Maintain accurate quality records, prepare reports, and present quality performance metrics to senior management.
  • Identify potential quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate them.
  • Conduct training programs for employees on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
