Critical Incident Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Incident Manager to analyze and facilitate immediate response to incidents for groups of end users. This is an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, drive execution in stressful situations, and provide direction and coaching to technical support employees.
The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership with organizational presence, authority, and responsibility to prioritize, track, and drive execution in high-visibility situations.
