Operations Transport Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our transportation operations. This role will require expertise in analyzing business issues, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategic solutions. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, cycle time reduction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance metrics, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth.
- Analyze workflows, design solutions, and prepare functional specifications to optimize operational efficiency.
- Lead a team of business analysts, program managers, or area managers to achieve operational goals and strategic planning.
- Design, develop, pilot, and rollout enterprise-wide programs to improve performance, cycle time, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in employee and performance management.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
- Excellent analytical skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
