  • Oversee performance management systems to ensure seamless execution and adherence to process guidelines

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills
  • Prior experience in Internet/e-Commerce/Tech environment
