Chief Invoice Operations Officer

As an experienced manager, you will oversee the entire invoice processing lifecycle to guarantee operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Process PO-based, non-PO-based, DPR, LC, and import invoices accurately, timely, and in compliance with regulations.
- Optimize invoice workflows by implementing 3-way/2-way matching, handling exceptions, and resolving discrepancies effectively.
- Drive automation initiatives and system enhancements to improve invoice posting accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor and lead the invoice processing team, promoting high performance and adherence to best practices.
- Monitor and analyze invoice processing performance metrics, SLA adherence, aging, and blocked invoice reports.
- Ensure audit readiness and quality assurance by maintaining thorough documentation and supporting internal and external audit processes.
- Candidates should hold an MBA (finance), CA, or CWA qualification.
- 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or related finance roles.
- Proven track record in handling complex invoice processing operations and leading teams.
- Experience in process improvements, compliance, and automation within invoice processing is desirable.
