Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing of our production line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of drilling tools.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulatory Standards
  • Implement and maintain best practices for safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate leadership model and adhere to Core Values in day-to-day activities.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality throughout the production process.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of materials, equipment, and personnel.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Ensure production processes adhere to relevant ISO standards.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with union representatives.
  • Motivate, support, and provide guidance to production staff.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with environment, health and safety standards in the process and equipment, as well as implementing and maintaining best practices for safety and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A graduate engineering degree in mechanical or production engineering is required.
  • Hands-on experience as a Production Manager or a similar role with at least 20 years relevant experience from a manufacturing organization.
