Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Office Operations Manager to oversee our office infrastructure, daily operations, vendors, compliance, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all office utilities including electricity, water, AC, ventilation, internet, CCTV, printers, and fire safety.
  • Ensure timely maintenance, quick breakdown resolution, and vendor service level agreement compliance.
  • Oversee housekeeping, pantry management, stationery supply, front desk operations, security, and visitor management.
  • Monitor hygiene standards, consumables, and office cleanliness.
  • Onboard new joiners by setting up their workstations, issuing ID cards, and providing basic equipment.
  • Manage employee exits, asset returns, access deactivation, and clearances.
  • Track attendance, late entries, and exceptions.
  • Maintain a reliable vendor network, negotiate costs, track asset maintenance contracts, and monitor service quality.
  • Coordinate office fit-outs, repairs, and lease agreements with landlords.
  • Verify bills, reconcile petty cash, maintain records for leases, insurance, licenses, and safety certificates.
  • Keep NOCs, insurance documents, safety certificates, and first-aid kits up to date and audit-ready.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports on spend vs budget, incidents, vendor performance, SLA compliance, and risks/fixes.
  • Track key performance indicators such as utility uptime, hygiene audit scores, ticket closure times, and budget adherence.
  • Ensure the office is ready for late shifts and provide on-call support for urgent issues.
